Lepiej sprawdź kontrahenta czy ma status czynnego podatnika VAT

Ministerstwo Finansów konsekwentnie uszczelnia „odpływ” podatku VAT z budżetu państwa i nakłada surowe kary na nieuczciwych przedsiębiorców, którzy dopuszczają się wykroczeń finansowych. Problem w tym, że każda firma może nieświadomie paść ofiarą nielegalnych praktyk swoich kontrahentów.

Aby od faktur za zakupione towary i usługi można odliczyć podatek VAT, kontrahent musi posiadać status zarejestrowanego czynnego podatnika VAT. Dlatego zachęcamy, aby przed zapłaceniem za "fakturę" (za usługę lub towar) od nowego kontrahenta sprawdzić jego status VAT. Można to zrobić pod adresem:
